What can I expect from the event?
NightGarden is a magical experience located at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables. Guests can expect a series of dramatic and artistic light and sculptural installations that augment the already natural beauty of the garden, as well as discover interactive surprises, such as fairies, a dance party, and even a delightfully self aware talking tree. Additionally, enjoy food from some of the area’s most popular food trucks and specialized cocktails and mocktails. Fairchild’s NightGarden is the perfect experience for the holidays and is appropriate for all ages.
Where is the experience located?
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, 10901 Old Cutler Rd, Coral Gables, FL 33156. Please note there are 2 entrances and make sure you are entering the main one! There will be a large inflatable light to indicate it.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors, rain or shine. In the event inclement weather forces postponement of certain dates or times, guests will be notified via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
Guests can expect to spend approximately one hour at the experience, but may stay longer in the event they would like to enjoy food and drinks on offer.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food will be available via some of the area’s most popular food trucks. Additionally, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. All food and drink are sold separately from the price of admission.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on site in limited quantities. It is recommended that guests arrive early, but close to the ticketed time. When possible, rideshare to ensure all guests can be accommodated.
Will I need a ticket to check out the Labubu/Blindbox Pop Up Store?
Yes, a NightGarden ticket will be required to visit the new Labubu/Blindbox Pop up store.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There is no defined dress code for this experience. However, as this is an outdoor experience for all ages, guests should use common sense to dress according to weather conditions and in a manner appropriate for an all ages public event. Non-slip shoes are recommended.
Will there be security at the event?
Yes. Besides Coral Gables Police presence, professional security personnel and trainee staff will be onsite throughout the event to ensure everyone’s safety. We encourage all guests to “see something, say something.”
Will bags be checked?
Yes. All bags/purses are subject to search upon entry. Venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who refuses a bag check or is carrying prohibited items.
Can I smoke inside the garden?
The garden is a smoke-free environment. Lighters and Vapes are prohibited.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the
Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the
Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help and make sure to include your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple App Store or
Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets.
If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
What happens when there’s inclement weather?
Miami weather is unpredictable. While this is a rain or shine event, the event will be suspended if there is lightning and inclement weather in the area. If conditions force a cancellation of the event, ticket holders will be notified via email the day of their event, along with information for rescheduling.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive prior to the time stated on your ticket to ensure timely access. Late arrivals will only be accommodated on a space available basis at the sole discretion of local staff.
We have the early bird session, what time can we arrive at the garden?
The parking area for the NightGarden will be opened around 5:30pm nightly. Please follow signage to enter through the lowland gates. Note NightGarden parking is NOT at the front of the GiftShop/Visitor Center of the garden.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No weapons, including firearms, Lighters, Vapes, outside food or beverages, and no
illegal activity. All guests will enter through a security checkpoint prior to scanning
of tickets
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event includes theatrical lighting and strobe lights in certain areas. Some lighting used in this show may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walk through experience. Seating is available at various points along the exhibit path.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted without prior approval.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please message us at Nightatthegardeninfo@gmail.com for all Lost & Found inquiries as each night found items are turned in to our box office.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Also, note that strollers and prams are allowed, though they will be subject to a security check at the entrance.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Can I leave and come back?
Unfortunately, there is no re-entry.
Where can uber/lyft pick up or drop off?
Pick up and drop off points will be inside the garden gates, near the lights and box office area. It is NOT the front entrance near Old Cutler Rd. Follow the signs toward the box office.
